Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show is all set to deliver one of its most vibrant episodes this weekend, streaming on 12 July. This time, Kapil Sharma will be joined by four of India’s most loved OTT actors—Jaideep Ahlawat, Vijay Varma, Jitendra Kumar, and Pratik Gandhi. Adding an international twist to the mix is K-pop sensation Jackson Wang, whose surprise entry creates one of the season’s most talked-about moments.

In the episode, the actors open up about their unconventional journeys to stardom. Jitendra Kumar, widely recognised as Jeetu Bhaiya from Kota Factory, shared how his transition from IIT to acting wasn’t a fluke. Pratik Gandhi chimed in with a relatable take: “Engineering ke baad aapko sach mein pata chalta hai ki aapko life mein kya karna hai.”

For Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat, acting was never a plan B. Vijay recalled how he ran away from home to join FTII after a friend paid his fees. “Maine kaha ab permission toh nahi milegi ghar se, bhaagte hain,” he laughed. Jaideep added that he and Vijay had often dreamed of sharing the screen, and this show was one such unexpected moment of fulfilment.

The highlight of the episode, however, came with Jackson Wang’s surprise arrival. The K-pop star not only greeted the audience warmly but also engaged in a fun dance session with the actors. As Jackson showed his moves, Pratik couldn’t resist saying, “Arey, ye toh Garba hai!”—prompting laughter across the set.

Social media lit up with reactions. One user wrote, “Saara talent ek hi frame mai 🗿🗿.” Another said, “All the favs in one frame.. specially Sachiv ji ????”, while a third added, “This will be Epiccc!! 💘😭.”

This season of The Great Indian Kapil Show has been filled with surprise guest appearances. From Salman Khan in the premiere to cricketers like Rishabh Pant and Gautam Gambhir in previous episodes, the show continues to blend celebrity banter with comedy. The upcoming episode drops this Saturday on Netflix.
