Towards the end of Criminal Justice Season 4 Episode 3, DCP Raghu Salian shows his disappointment towards Gauri. He showed her Monu’s phone, indicating that the murder was initiated with an intention of alleged s*xual assault. DCP said that he has appointed someone senior to investigate Roshni’s murder case. As Gauri was leaving the room, DCP interrupted her exit and said, “And Gauri, personally mat lena…but it’s your ex-husband Harsh.” Gauri asked DCP why he chose Harsh. To this, he replied that Harsh knows best how to interrogate a suspect.

Is Monu Guilty Of Killing Roshni?
NO! Harsh discovers that Monu is left-handed, and the cut found on Gauri’s body was made by someone who is right-handed. Gauri, on the other hand, finds a video in Monu’s cloud account where Raj and Anju are kissing each other. Seeing this, DCP asked, “Ye kab ka video hai?” To this, Gauri replies that this video was made 2 weeks ahead of Roshni’s murder, but both got separated for over a year.

Is DCP Hiding Something?
Knowing about the kiss between Raj and Anju despite their separation, DCP says, “ye baat is room se bahar nahi jani chahiye.” This scene hints that either DCP is protecting Raj or he knows something that he is hiding. The episode then ends.
